Hi, I’m Hensila Bangera. I’ve spent the last 12+ years helping brands find their voice and connect with their audiences in a way that’s real, relevant, and results-driven.
My journey started in Mumbai, where I led award-winning campaigns in healthcare, wellness, fintech, lifestyle, and more. I’ve worked with some of the most trusted names—Johnson & Johnson, Novartis, GSK, Seacod, and Complan Nutrigro—and helped shape their digital presence with strategies that don’t just look good, but work.
I also founded and led my own agency, Henk Innovative Communications, where I partnered with both established agencies like Dentsu and A&R and nimble startups looking to scale smartly.
Whether I’m leading a digital team, crafting a brand voice, scaling a nutritionist’s Instagram, or running paid ads that actually convert—I lead with strategy, empathy, and a bias for impact.
